Trim, Doors & Millwork
Baseboard, casing, crown, window sash, stair parts, and interior doors. Old trim is sanded and de-glossed so the new coat has something to grip, and the wall line is caulked before a brush touches it.
Cabinet Finishing
Kitchen and bath cabinetry sanded down to a solid surface, degreased, primed, and finished. Doors and drawer fronts come off, get labeled, and go back on the box they came from.
Plaster & Older Surfaces
Hairline cracking, failing patches, and walls carrying decades of paint history. When sections of plaster have detached from the wooden lath behind them, standard patching no longer works—the project crosses into restoration and is priced as that. Homes built before 1978 are handled under EPA lead-safe practices (EPA Certified Firm).

Prep accounts for most of it. Ask bidders to put a number against each of those and the totals start making sense.
Can we live in the house while it’s being painted?
Yes, you can live in the house while it’s being painted. Most of our interior work happens around people cooking dinner and getting kids to bed. Rooms are sequenced by floor so the house is never fully out of use, you have a working kitchen and a made bed every night, and each room goes back together the day its finish work ends. Tools and drop cloths are packed down at the end of every working day.

Scott Watson, the founder, personally walks the finished house with you under the lights you actually use. Anything that isn’t right gets another pass. He also does the in-home consultation and writes the proposal, so the person who priced the job is the person who signs off on it.
